REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

- We do not accept refunds.
- Processing Time. On average most orders will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours. REZ will use reasonable efforts to process all orders within twenty-four (24) hours which the Client understand and agrees will require more man hours for the facility and will directly affect the speed upon which shipments are sent out.
